Traderhr.com suggests that the Client/member test all information
and trading methodologies provided at our site through paper trading
or some other form of testing. You therefore acknowledge and agree
that all investment decisions you may make, including decisions that
take into account or rely on any information provided or made
available by or from the Traderhr.com site, are yours and yours
alone and are made solely at your own risk. We are not registered as

authority. We do not teach or recommend to any Client their
financial suitability to trade equities. We make and offer no
analysis or advice regarding your individual financial suitability

responsible for what any Client does based on our opinions. You also
agree to bear complete responsibility for your investment research
and decisions and acknowledge that Traderhr.com has not and will NOT
make any specific recommendations or give advice to you or any of
its clients upon which they should rely. Traderhr.com does not
represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any
statements made or information, data or content provided on or
through the site, in the Online Trading Center or in any
notifications or publications distributed by Traderhr.com or by any
client or other third party or user of the site. None of the
information provided by Traderhr.com replaces the client's need to
independently research any securities that may be mentioned on the
Traderhr.com site, and you agree to reach your own independent
conclusions about any investment decision concerning all securities
mentioned on the site. Traderhr.com will not be liable for any and
all damages under any and all theories (including contract,
negligence, strict liability or tort) arising out of or relating in
any way to this agreement, the content, including without limitation
any Traderhr.com content or third party content, the site, your use
or inability to use the site, or any decision or action you make in

Refund: The customer has 56 days from the date of purchase to
request a refund. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you forfeit the
remainder of your subscription for the time that remains in your
billing cycle. You will be billed
on the same date each month and your subscription will automatically
renew at the rates you signed up for unless you cancel your
membership prior to the end of your billing period. Please make a
note of your subscription date should you ever wish to cancel prior
to the next month's renewal date to avoid being billed.
Vacation:
Traderhr.com includes 4 weeks of vacation time during the
year (1 week in Summer, 1 week in Autumn, 1 week in
Winter and 1 week in Spring) in these rates.All
memberships will be extended for the time of vacation.
